Backend Core PHP Developer with Good CSS & JS skills
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I am looking for a Backend Core PHP developer with good CSS and JS skills to make visual and functional changes to a Wordpress booking calendar plugin. The customization required is minor modifications to the visual appearance of the plugin. Specifically, I want to modify the visual appearance of the plugin's header. Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Strong knowledge of PHP, CSS and JS
- Experience with Wordpress plugin development
- Understanding of booking and payment integration processes
- Ability to make minor modifications to the visual appearance of the plugin
Pay special attention to this part:
1. NO agencies
2. The plugin is based off a former Joomla plugin, so it has MVC architecture, Wordpress plugin experience is not really necessary to operate on this, but Core PHP is.
3. You must have over 4 + years of experience in Core PHP and be a Sr. Developer, do not attempt to lie about your experience level, this will not be an easy task for a Jr. Developer and we will immediately know if you lied.
4. You must complete this task within about 3 days and you must be able to start immediately and be fully committed to completing it from start to finish
5. If you do well, there is opportunity for long-term employment
6. The changes will be based on:
a. Changes to the plugins header
b. Changes to functionality of a few of the pages. We want to make it so that some of the pages open as ajax popup
c. Some interactive reload of entries on booking page when db change is detected by way of cron job.
d. Some work to fix permissions provided by plugin so that certain types of wordpress accounts only have access to the new design which will have less menu items than an admin account for example
