Auto-scroll to active class on horizontal scrolling nav

I'm creating a horizontally scrolling top nav for an ordering system. I want it to behave the way Deliveroo does for example, where the fixed top menu scrolls horizontally to the current active nav item is as the user scrolls down the page.
