I have the full site map, wire-frames, and copywriting prompts ready; what I need now is a developer who can translate them into a polished, production-ready site built in pure HTML, CSS, and light JavaScript.

Key sections are already planned—a homepage that captures our citrus-consulting expertise, an image-rich gallery of field projects, a regularly updated blog, and a straightforward contact form. In addition, the site must include a lightweight user-login area for growers to access private resources and a fast, intuitive search bar that scans both static pages and blog posts.

Clean, modern UI/UX is essential, and speed matters just as much: I’d like the initial deployable version live within a week of kickoff. Responsive behaviour across desktop, tablet, and mobile is assumed, and code should be easy to hand over for future internal maintenance.
