Advanced PHP and Twig Code Optimization, Security Hardening, and Manual Refactoring

I have a web application built on custom PHP and Twig. Over time, this codebase has been modified 2 or 3 times by different developers. Because of these multiple past modifications, the internal codebase has become extremely messy and unstable.
We recently did a manual check and found critical structure issues that will cause heavy runtime errors, bugs, and crashes in the future if left unfixed. I need a senior, highly disciplined PHP developer to manually audit the entire script and completely clean, refactor, and perfect it under a Fixed Budget. Developers from India, especially tech hubs like Bengaluru, are highly welcome to bid.
Mandatory Project Conditions:
1. 100% Manual File-by-Line Audit: You must open every single file manually, fix all formatting lines, and repair broken or incomplete blocks of code. Absolutely NO half-written code or cut-off lines will be accepted.
2. Complete Code & Zero Incomplete Blocks: No payment will be released until every line is 100% complete and operational. Leftover garbage, half-written loops, or syntax errors will result in strict project rejection.
3. Malicious Code & Unauthorized Callback Scanning: You must thoroughly scan all files to ensure there are no unauthorized external callbacks, hidden tracking links, or malicious background scripts sending data outside.
4. Security & Type Hardening: Fix all input vulnerabilities, SQL Injection risks, and secure data handling. Upgrade all weak type comparisons (==) to strict ones (===) in core authentication files.
5. Logic Optimization: Fix session and authentication loop errors (such as infinite loops on page refreshes). Ensure all asset paths are dynamic and don't break on deep URLs.
