Adobe XD to HTML responsive (mobile/desktop) 8 pages and 2 pop ups

Adobe XD file will be provided
There are rules to HTML and CSS code quality that must be adhered to
1) Do not use Bootstrap Column for each element it is BETTER TO use CSS FlexBox and Custom coding not need Bootstrap Column for every element
2) add a unique ID or class for each page
3) Must be 100% responsive on all desktop sizes and all mobile devices, no excuses!
