Adobe XD to HTML/CSS - Urgent Task

We are looking for a frontend developer skilled in HTML/CSS/Bootstrap.
We have 3 x one page designs (already built and approved in Adobe XD) that need to be converted to HTML/CSS. So essentially 3 web pages built with fully responsive HTML/CSS pages to go on existing website. The target website, existing CSS and associated design documents will be provided to the successful bidder.
An easy task for a seasoned developer who has great skills in UI design.
