Add HTML/CSS/JS to my Shopify store

My Shopify store is new, no need to send link there is nothing in it, it has default theme called "Dawn".
I want to add the layout of this website (this is my other website) to my Shopify store: https://www.chiarasarena.com
I already own all the code, it's HTML/CSS/JS mostly, I will send it to you.
As glitch and parallax are just mostly CSS manipulation, can you add this layout to my freshly created Shopify store ?
