Add Delivery Date to WooCommerce

I need assistance adding a delivery date selection feature to the checkout page of my WooCommerce website. Customers should be able to choose a convenient delivery date from a calendar that is limited to working days only, excluding past dates. Specifically, I’d like to allow all days except Sunday for selection, with non-working days disabled on the calendar.
The selected date must be saved as part of the order and displayed in order-related emails as well as in the admin panel.
