Actuarial Analytics UI Development

I'm seeking an experienced front-end developer to create an interactive user interface for an actuarial analytics tool. The backend is mature and frozen. User journeys are articulated and I have initial wireframes.
Key Requirements:
- Use of React / Node & D3.js or similar for data visualizations
- Interactive data visualizations to shape portfolio analysis
- User interactions to manipulate charts and display results
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong background in building interactive UIs
- Experience with actuarial or financial analytics tools is a plus
