Accessible Equipment E-Commerce Website
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a modern, fully-responsive site that mirrors my existing logo and its patriotic red-white-blue palette. The primary goal is to showcase and sell a small range of handicapped-access equipment through clean product pages that present clear descriptions, supporting images, and a smooth add-to-cart flow all the way to checkout.
Alongside the store, two separate form-mail pages must allow visitors to request in-person or virtual Evaluations. Each form should collect name, address, phone, email and contact details, preferred appointment time, and a short notes field, then route submissions to my inbox with an auto-reply confirming receipt.
For the build I’m open to WordPress + WooCommerce, Shopify, or another secure platform you prefer—provided it stays easy for me to update copy, swap images, and add new items later.
Acceptance criteria
• Modern layout reflecting the stated color scheme and current logo
• Mobile-first responsiveness across major browsers
• Product pages with image gallery, description, price, and working add-to-cart/checkout
• Two Evaluation request forms with email routing and success confirmation
• Basic on-page SEO setup and clear instructions for future edits
• Final hand-off includes all credentials, theme files, and a short video or PDF walkthrough
If something in this outline could be improved, let me know—otherwise I’m ready to get started as soon as you can map out milestones and a timeline.
