The form is created. It needs to be tested and fixed. Each fillable text form needs to be unique.
Changes/Fixes
1. It seems that some of them when I fill in the text box it automatically fills another text box somewhere else in document. This needs revised
2. Is there a way to include a note in the fillable box with a note/hint on what needs to be put in there?
3. Add a date field to signature?
I want to use this form as a template each month for my staff to fill out the minutes so they will "save as" each time and then complete it. Then they will send it up to docusign for the chairman to sign. Hopefully this will work
