RSS Feed Configuration for CS-Cart Marketplace

I am looking for an experienced developer who can configure RSS feeds for my cs-cart marketplace.
Objective:
The primary aim is to create feeds that reflect the "On Sale", "Newest" and "Most Popular" products. These feeds will be incorporated into a weekly email newsletter, allowing us to continually update our users about our current product offerings.
Feed Style:
The feeds will be inputted directly into an e-mail template from which the newsletters will be generated.
Skills & Experience:
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in cs-cart software configuring, with specific knowledge of how to configure RSS feeds.
