Integrate Stripe connect in multivendor CS-CART

Good morning. Could you help me set up Stripe connect on multivendor CS-CART
I'll explain the situation:
There will be thousands of sellers joining my marketplace. I want to use Stripe connect to receive a rate from sellers. For example, when there is a purchase of 50 euros, and the rate is 10%., 45 remain with the owner and 5 go to the marketplace.
I would like to know how sellers can log in to receive the money automatically.
If they have a Stripe account, can they connect easily? And if they don't have it, do they have to sign up and is it easy to connect?
They need a developer to help them connect or they can do it themselves by reading a guide. Could you help me understand how it works?
