CS-Cart Store Development
Budget: £750 – £1,500 GBP
I need a developer who can stand up a brand-new e-commerce site on the CS-Cart platform while keeping the look and feel of my current website intact. The existing design, color palette, and overall layout work well for my audience, so I want them mirrored on the new storefront rather than starting from scratch.
Only a subset of products will be brought over from the old site. I will provide a definitive list once development begins, but please allow for a clean import workflow that preserves product data, images, and SEO-friendly URLs for those selected items.
Key goals
• Replicate my current site’s desktop and mobile design faithfully within a CS-Cart theme or custom skin.
• Configure the catalog structure and migrate the chosen products (no bulk transfer of the entire catalog).
• Ensure the new store is ready for me to plug in additional products manually later on.
• Set up standard store settings—shipping, taxes, user accounts, order flow—so I can start selling as soon as the product migration is complete.
Acceptance criteria
1. CS-Cart instance installed on my server or recommended hosting, fully functional and secure.
2. Front-end matches the existing website’s branding with pixel-level consistency on major breakpoints.
3. Selected products appear correctly with images, variants, pricing, and SEO metadata.
4. Admin panel documented so I can manage inventory and future content without developer intervention.
If you have strong CS-Cart experience and can demonstrate past work with design cloning or partial catalog migrations, I’d love to see it and get started right away.
