CS-Cart Product Import & Export Specialist (with Training & Hands-On Guidance)

Project Overview:

I’m building an e-commerce marketplace on CS-Cart Multi-Vendor and need an expert who can teach and guide me through the full process of importing and exporting products, including CSV/XLS management and best practices.

The goal isn’t just to do the import once, I need to understand the full workflow so I can maintain it myself later.

What I Need Help With:
• Step-by-step explanation of how to import/export products in CS-Cart
• Setting up and structuring CSV/XLS files correctly
• Explaining category mapping, brand mapping, and features/attributes
• Handling images, pricing, quantities, and variations
• Understanding errors, conflicts, and data cleaning before importing
• Optionally: guidance on add-ons like RetailFactory “Fast & Simple Import” or similar tools
• One or two live sessions or recorded demos for practical learning

Deliverables:
• Successful product import/export example on my actual CS-Cart store
• A clean template CSV/XLS file I can reuse
• Short written guide or checklist summarizing the steps and tips

Requirements:
• Proven experience with CS-Cart product management (Multi-Vendor preferred)
• Experience using RetailFactory import add-on or similar tools is a plus
• Clear communicator with good English
• Willing to do screen sharing or recorded walkthroughs

Budget:

Flexible depending on experience (preferably fixed price or hourly with milestones)

Duration:

Short-term project (1–2 days of active work + support session)

Ideal Candidate:
Someone who has done large-scale imports in CS-Cart or other platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.) and can explain in simple terms what needs to be done and why. Teaching ability is just as important as doing the task.
