Need developer ASP.NET project Setup in locally

I have an existing ASP .NET window Forms project that must first run flawlessly on my local machine. Once it is up and compiling, I’d like to extend it by adding a some small features

Your initial task is to guide me through (or remotely do) the full environment setup—project setup in visual studio and compile files, configure the SQL Server database, resolving small bugs, and making sure Crystal Reports runtime is correctly installed so the exe files work properly
