build me a project

i want to do clustering on searchable encrypted data....data should be a text document ...any existing research paper can be used but only thing is ...some nominal changes to existing algorithm of paper should happen.also this clustering should happen on cloud. I am attaching a research paper here..you can use this paper as reference but i clear that i dont want this paper's implementation...you can provide me any simpler implementation but the thing that basic things which is required should be covered in implementation.
