Uniswap API to calculate ERC20 price floor

We need a developer to make a custom API for our project.
We need to show the price floor of our ERC20 token on our website.
The price floor is What will be the token price if the total circulation supply is sold in Uniswap V2.
Exchange: Uniswap V2
Note that the token is a deflationary token, there is a 10% transaction fee on every transaction which is distributed to RTG holders but not to the Uniswap address. Also, note that there is a dead address that has more than 50% of the total supply, the dead address also receives part of the transaction fee (burned token).
Price floor calculation:
If the total circulation supply is sold, 10% of the total circulation supply will be distributed and part of the distributed amount will be burned based on the dead address balance. After that, there will be still a supply on the market. What if this cycle is repeated again and again until the last 1 token exist. What will be the price of the last RTG and How much ETH will be in the Uniswap pool at that time?
This is How the price floor should be calculated.
What we need is:
1- Live time price floor.
2- Minimum ETH in Uniswap pool if the total circulation supply is sold.
After that, we may need a dashboard that shows the charts
