Quantum-Resistant IBE System for Hybrid Cloud

I'm in need of a seasoned cryptography professional to create a Quantum-Resistant Identity-Based Encryption (QR-IBE) system. This system will facilitate secure data sharing within a hybrid cloud environment, all the while being user-friendly and scalable. It must also incorporate two-factor authentication for robust security.

Key Requirements:
- Design and develop the QR-IBE system with future-proof encryption against quantum computing threats.
- Ensure the system is flexible, scalable and easy to use.
- Implement two-factor authentication mechanisms for strong security.

- Extensive knowledge and experience in cryptography, particularly in designing secure systems.
