Python3 Data Query Model Output

Create a symmetric key cryptography model with defined output criteria of data elements. The elements are categorized into defined groups with multiple array parameters. The final product must (a) be written in Python3 (version 10+) with final codes provided, (b) an export function (shortcut) for CSV format, (c) an input form for user data element entry to run code, (d) have option for two (2) defined output execution methodologies.
