Pancakeswap testnet

The main problem is that when 10 people buy and no one sells, the slippage is increasing. Like when you buy the token and then want to sell it, you have to use like 18% slippage, but then when you buy 10 more times, you have to use 24% slippage to sell something and I am worried that if 100 people buy and the slippage is 80% then no one could sell, do you have any experience with that or any way how to fix that? The contract by itself is autostaking contract with fees on buy and sell that are the sent to 3 wallets in bnb. Also i think the liquidity cant be withdrawn, if that could be fixed too.
