NFT Project - Expert Needed for NFT Creation and Development

I am seeking a Smart Contract Developer to help us create and launch an NFT project.

We will need artwork and metadata generation from layer images to create 10,000 NFTs.

The artwork generation we will have conditions. These conditions are:
- If the color of a property A is X, then the color of the property B needs to also be X
- If the background is Y, then property C should not be used and a property D should be used
- If the background is Z, then property D should not be used and a property C should be used
- If the background is W, then property C and property D should not be used
- If property E is color V, then use property color F or G… and property color F or G should only ever be used for property E

We also need the following work done:
- NFT Marketplace
- NFT Mint Engine
- Wallet Connection
- Mint Function
- Responsive NFT website design
