Display Mint and Burn transaction to a Ethereum Token

My current application is capable of displaying transactions from an Ethereum smart contract but doesn't cover mint and burn transactions. These transactions indicate the liquidity being added or removed by the project's creators. I need someone proficient with APIs and who knows in which API to look for this information to help incorporate these transactions into the display.
