Custom Hashcat module

I want to create a custom Hashcat module. The final module is -m 10500. The operations I need to perform before are:
1. MD5(mask)
2. Take only first 20 characters, not the 32
3. Add // at the beginning
For example, for mask "123456789", with changes will be mask "//25f9e794323b453885f5".
