Create a crypto Coin/Token for me

I'm looking at having my own crypto coin. I am looking at someone to create a very basic one for me, and guide me through how to list in on a decentralized exchange. I don't have any real preferences and would be hoping for your guidance on making the best choices, I assume an eth token is easiest.

Would like to have the code and everything at the end of it, so i can make amendments/updates later if needed.
