Build a smart contract for customers to mint their own NFTs

We are looking for a crypto expert that can create a smart contract for 4 different products. More details will be given to the person who wins the bid. The contracts will have the normal characteristics of an NFT while also having 1 unconventional one that will have to be discussed more in detail as well as the network that this contract should be deployed under.
