Build a simple game that progress with payments received on Coinbase

The idea is simple, a character should move to get to another character 1 million steps away, the character will move every time a crypto transaction is received on a Coinbase wallet, the idea is that, once a million steps have been made, the character will met his/love. and a final animation will be displayed. so every time someone donates crypto the character will move 1 step.

IS this something you can do? I'll design all the assets, you'll make the page to work and the character to move based on new transactions.
