Altcoin yield farming

I need someone that can walk me through the process of staking specific altcoins, as an example Time Wonderland. As an example when I tried to move AVEX from my AVEX wallet to my Metamask wallet this popped up "Not ETH network, set to lowercase", so you can see i need help since i can not get any further. I want to stake several altcoins including ohm, but need someone to walk me through the process on each coin. It should not take much time for the fee.
