I need a grey hat hacker from simple to extremely impossible hacking

I have multiple projects. I could even let you decided where to start….like simple recover cripto currency I have keys for btc-Bach 1200$ sent to address unowned, so it’s stuck in a block chain of 6 million,I’m told pay higher transfer fee and whalla the money is back. To the more difficult to brut force gmail(I own it) there are a few emails of mine (a black hat hacker was hired to take me out (slang word used on me) even install spy wear on ex girlfriend iPhone 11,and her email…. Find out who hacked (still currently hacking me) do you charge , is there gaurentee so I am not screwed more in all this?
