Token creation and interaction on different blockchains

I would like to to create a new token on Polygon or/and Binance smart chains. I will see if I proceed with 1 chain or 2 according to the price.
I have three questions which you can include with your bid:
1) How much does it cost to have a new token created on polygon? How much for BSC?
2) What guarantee do I have that you won't have full access to this token since you create it for me?
If your rates are competitive, I will also use your service to create a smart contract so people can deposit lets say BNB to the smart contract with metamask and claim my new token in return as a proof of deposit.
3) How much would you charge for this smart contact? (Do not include this in your bid! This is the next step but please PM me the price)
