Telegram Referral polygon Airdrop Bot Setup

I want a lightweight Telegram bot that can run an airdrop on Polygon and pay out participants automatically in cryptocurrency. The flow should be extremely simple: users hit /start, the bot records their wallet address, generates a unique referral link, and credits both inviter and invitee once the conditions are met. At any moment they can call /balance to see the tokens they have earned and /withdraw when they reach the minimum set in the config.

Key functions I need working from day one:
• /start – joins the airdrop, captures the wallet, stores the referral relationship
• /balance – returns current airdrop earnings in real time
• /referral (or inline link returned at /start) – personal link to share with friends

On the back end the bot must:
• Support a configurable minimum withdrawal amount and a flat gas-fee deduction so the bot never runs dry
• Offer a command or small admin panel for me to top-up, pause distributions, and export user lists

Deliverables are the complete, commented source code, a brief README for environment variables and deployment, plus a live demo on a test account showing a successful join, referral credit, and withdrawal to a Polygon wallet. Once that flow works end-to-end the project is done.
