Smartcontract BEP20 correct need

Hi, we need you to correct our smartcontract and deploy it on testnet.
Current Smartcontract work as :
12% fee from sell on swap action at pancakeswap go to a wallet
We made a function on contract which allow anyone could trigger to splits thats 12% to token holder base on how much token they're holding.
Problem: Too much fee for gas (up to 0.4$ / holder)
Upgrade what we need:
The smartcontract auto trigger this action each time a sell action is taken on pancake, to change holder's balance, which is not cost gas fee.
Example : Burn those 12 fee and rebase the token for all holders.
