BullPerks is looking for an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter with 2-3 years of working experience in hiring crypto/NFT/Defi & Technical Stacks positions to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Perform full-cycle recruiting for open positions: sourcing, interviewing, coordinating hiring process, offer negotiation, etc
Work closely with the Founders, HR, and hiring managers on constant improvement of the hiring process.
Create/Manage to recruit databases and job posting sites
Requirements:
3-6+ years of experience in recruitment, ideally, within top-tier tech Crypto Companies or Agencies
Experience working internationally bringing the best candidates to the team
Excellent written and spoken English
Able to operate within the fast-paced environment, handle multiple job postings and meet the deadlines
Skilled with modern tech sourcing and selection techniques
Successful track record of delivering on aggressive hiring goals
Ability to work independently
Positive on crypto
