I am seeking a proficient Rust expert to program an intricate smart contract for my Solana based crypto launch. Your responsibility will mainly be on token creation, distribution as well as formulating specific measures against both bot and whale activities.
Key project requirements:
1. Anti-Bot and Anti-Whale Implementation:
The intelligent contract should include dynamic buy and sell transaction size limits to curtail whale activities. Additionally, I want to have anti-sniping measures in place. Implementing these features will be critical in achieving a fair and equitable token distribution.
