I need some research on how to run a validator node in the following Proof of Stake Cryptocurrencies:

-Fantom
-Polkadot
-Cosmos
-Tezos
-Avalanche

In addition I need to create a presentation with the hardware requirements and the minimum amount of tokens to stake in order to run the validator node.
