New cripto currency and website

I want to make a website with its own cryptocurrency. Within the web page I need the user to be able to register, have their profile and be able to buy and transfer the cryptocurrency. They must also have stores and product comparisons, opinions, basically several virtual store profiles and the ability to chat. The cryptocurrency I need the virtual wallet to be online and also a physical option. If possible, the cryptocurrency that is proof of work and participation without issuance limit and that can only be mined under the permission provided.
