NFT Minting website & Smart Contract

We’re searching for a freelancer who can create a subdomain for our Wordpress website, which allows users to mint NFT’s on.
We would also be looking for someone to create a basic smart contract, which would have 30 minutes of presale to white listed wallets and then regular public sale after this.
We would like an API which tracks which NFT is linked to which wallet so we can generate a spreadsheet with all information on.
Project is on Metis network and would require to link with TofuNFT
