Kucoing lending bot

Looking for somebody to create a lending bot for me on kucoin.
On kucoin there's crypto lending market allowing you to lend your cryptocurrencies.
I need a bot that would automatically post offers on market as soon as somebody repays previous loans. I also need the bot to keep screening current loan offers and if somebody is offering a lower rate then the bot would cancel the existing offers and create new offer 0.001% under the current best offer. Bot has to be able to support multiple currencies at once. Can be made using any language. Please include which languages would be used in your offer otherwise you may be ignored. Thank you.
