Javascript Algorithmic evaluation of a json feed + simple email send out process

Hi,
i have a json result, with some float values, which we need to save in a mysqlDB + make some evaluations with different compare conditions of these values.
ALL FILES ARE ATTACHED
**DESCRIPTION**
1) Create a minutely cronjob, which saves all json objects with the name „minuteBar“ for each each companies stock in our mysql DB
2) create a script, which reads the last 15 rows from the DB (of a specific companies stock)
3) check if we have from the current minute „h“ value 15 candles back at least 4 „h“ values with the same or really similar „h“ values
4) check if each „h“ value of the last 15 minutes is lower or equal to the current minute „h“ value
5) if (and only if) we have found at least 4 „h“ values which are the same or really similar, then
a) get the highest value of the last 15 minutes „h“ and the lowest value of the 15 minute range and
b) save them and get the difference from the highest „h“ to the lowest „l“ low value <— to get get price diff in USD
c) then after this go back another 15 min from the last high value of the before checked 15 candles
d) and save the lowest value „l“ of these 15 minutes
e) get also the highest „h“ value and the lowest „l“ value from these 15 candle and get the price diff of these 2 value to get a range
f) check if the price range from 5 b) is at least 25% then the range from task 5 e)
6) if f is true, send out an email to a specific email address as a reminder like „good stock found“
For someone with experience in writing Algorithmic code fragments, this task should be no problem.
I am only looking for developer with trading coding or crypto trading experience.
