Expert Cryptocurrency Trader Needed

We are seeking an experienced and analytical Cryptocurrency Trader with a strong background in executing HFT or mid-frequency strategies on centralized exchanges such as Binance, Coinbase, BitMEX, and others. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of generating consistent returns in volatile crypto markets. This role offers the potential to autonomously manage a dedicated trading book as performance and strategy complexity evolve.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute high-frequency, algorithmic, and discretionary trading strategies across major centralized crypto exchanges.
- Analyze market data, identify trends, and optimize trading strategies for liquidity, volatility, and risk-adjusted returns.
- Monitor real-time market movements, news, and blockchain events to adjust positions swiftly.
- Collaborate with quantitative developers to refine trading algorithms and integrate API-driven tools.
- Manage risk exposure by setting and adhering to strict risk parameters (e.g., position sizing, stop-losses).
- Generate daily/weekly performance reports and present insights to senior management.
- Stay ahead of regulatory changes, exchange updates, and emerging crypto technologies.
