ERC20 Solidity Code Enhancement

I am currently working on a solidity project relating to ERC20 token buy and sell transactions. The challenge I'm having is the fees are sending to the contract rather than the marketing, development wallet etc, and it is sending as the token when I want it in ether. Do not want to have to sell the token to get ether for marketing as it would hurt the price of the token.
