Cryptocurrency wallet development

I'm using Freelancer for the first time, so I'm hoping for some help.

This time, I will make cryptocurrency system for business model.

Customers can purchase virtual currency with credit cards,
Business operators are paid in virtual currency.

For example,
1.Business operator: sells diamonds
2.Customer: purchase with credit card
3.Automatically convert to virtual currency
4.Deposit to business wallet
5.Can be withdrawn to your personal wallet/exchange/overseas bank

That's the flow I think.

I want to use VISA or MASTER for credit card.
I will use simplex network for integration credit card but another is too ok.
