Cryptoasset Trust Smart Contract Developer

Smart contract developer for crypto.
Got an idea that I wonder if possible to create and what that would cost me. The goal is to have like a trust, but as a smartcontract for cryptoassets. That is the short version.
In my mind it will work kind of like a pension fund, for savings. I will let you now som basic thoughts and examples. Lets say I deposit some now and then.
Also initial but monthly as well. So, in the contract there are some rules or what you call it. Locked for 1y, 3y, and/or 5-10y, not able to withdraw before that time.
Thats, from what I understand is easy peasy. Then I would like to add more "rules" or functions.
For example, when (if) crypto A reaches X in value, Y% will be paid out. Or, an % of the value above X. Etc. Then, maybe montly payments when reached enough value. Once a year, a payment if the funds are big enough.
The aim here is to secure profits, if lets say one of my cryptos goes 500X when it is locked in and I am not able to do anything and then, worst case, when unlocked it has dumped. But also, to sustian the funds future, by taking not to much out. So the aim is for the fund to get bigger and at the same time, be able to become a passiv income source.
Details and % etc to be determined. But thats about it.
So I in the future can live stress free, and the crypto falling from the heaven to me. But, I cant "destroy" the whole fund, if I all of the sudden get an idea of buying that lambo ;) So there is some left for the kids.
I would be really cool to have somewhere to follow the development, value etc on the fund. Dont really know what that is called, but a homepage, app or something like that. With an overview, if you think of any exchange app overview.
No must if a big case and expensive. But useful not have to go in to an explorer and research all the time I think.
Notifications would also be a cool feature, of development, upcoming payouts and so on.
And a solution for safe payouts is needed.
To only put in the contract my wallet adress is to risky, if the wallet is lost, forgotten etc. As we are talking 5-10y potencially. Or for when I am not here anymore, there need to be a solution for this.
Thats about it I think. On what specific blockchain it is build not important for me, but would like to be able to buy just about any coins. Mainly btc, eth and from the top 20-40 maybe but also some memecoins would be nice. Tia and you are very welcome for your offer, input or thoughts.
