Crypto storage strategy

I'm looking for a consultant to help me create a strategy for storing and safekeeping crypto holdings in various currencies. The crypto would be held indefinitely in cold storage (safe deposit box). The development platform is my Chromebook. I'm not looking for a written plan but just a verbal discussion. I think this would take 3-4 hours of talks over a week or two.
