Crypto Trader for Binance+3Commas Arbitrage

Hiring:
Crypto Arbitrage / Algo Trader (Binance + 3Commas):

I’m looking for a **serious, performance-driven crypto trader** to take over and scale a **live, funded Binance + 3Commas setup**.

This is **NOT a salary-based role**.
This is a **perfromance based** for someone who knows how to generate consistent, risk-controlled returns.

What You’ll Do:
• Deploy and optimize **arbitrage / grid / DCA / hybrid strategies**
• Configure and manage bots on **3Commas**
• Implement **strict risk management** (drawdown control, capital allocation)
• Continuously improve performance and stability

Compensation:
• **Profit share on net gains** (based on experience & performance)
• Opportunity for a **long-term partnership** if results are consistent

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
• Proven experience with **Binance + 3Commas**
• **Verified track record** (real results, not demo/theory)
• Strong, disciplined **risk management approach**

• Set **risk limits & stop conditions**
• Explain behavior in:
– Sideways markets
– Sharp drops
– High volatility
