Crypto Exchange User Acquisition Specialist
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
We are seeking an experienced specialist to support the growth of a well-established international crypto and metals exchange by recruiting new users through genuine outreach and guiding them through the KYC onboarding process. This is a recurring, part-time engagement with specific monthly targets required per referral account, and a focus on compliance, quality, and transparent reporting.
Scope of Work
• Conduct ethical outreach to attract real individuals to join a crypto/metals platform.
• Recruit 24 new, genuine users per month across 6 designated referral accounts
(4 users on each of 6 referral account/s month).
• Guide new users through the exchange’s KYC process, ensuring all sign-ups are legitimate and verified.
• Maintain accurate tracking and provide regular reports on user acquisition and KYC status by account.
• Adhere strictly to exchange, and legal compliance requirements—no fake or non-compliant accounts.
Monthly Activity
• Plan & conduct new user acquisition and assignment to a Referral Account
• Each month, New User sign-ups commence on 2nd of the month and must be completed
and verified by the exchange for all referral accounts by 20th of the month (UTC).
• Provide guidance to new user conducting Sign-up and KYC actions
• Monitor progressive sign-ups to ensure new users complete their KYCs by target date
• Report Sign-up progress and Report target completion
Ideal Skills and Experience:
• Experience in user acquisition, preferably in the crypto or fintech space
• Familiarity with KYC processes and compliance in online financial services.
• Strong networking, organizational and reporting skills
• Ability to meet and exceed targets
Compensation
• Monthly payment based on achieving verified user on-boarding target on time and meeting all compliance and reporting standards. Achieving all sign-on by the 14th or earlier would be well considered.
