Crypto Community Moderator [Japanese Fluency Required]

We are searching for a Community Moderator to help us manage the Telegram groups for our crypto clients. The role will involve:
- Driving community engagement by addressing queries and fostering discussions.
- Coordinating with shillers, ensuring their activities align with community goals and promotions.
- Creating and enforcing community guidelines to maintain order and positivity.
- Developing and implementing strategies to ensure a positive community environment.
You must:
- Demonstrate excellent fluency in writing Japanese along with strong cultural awareness
- Have prior experience as a moderator in the crypto industry, ideally during presale or token launch phases.
- Be comfortable working in a start-up environment.
- Take initiative and organize tasks efficiently.
- Possess strong communication skills.
- Be available to start immediately.
In this role, you will provide updates to the community manager in English and collaborate effectively with a diverse, multilingual team.
