I’m looking for a serious crypto trader to take over and optimize a fully set up Binance + 3Commas trading system.

This is NOT a fixed-pay job. This is a performance-based role with profit share.

The system is live, funded, and ready. I need someone who can deploy a proven, risk-controlled arbitrage or automated trading strategy and scale it.

What You’ll Do:
- Build and deploy a profitable strategy (arbitrage / grid / DCA / hybrid)
- Configure and optimize bots in 3Commas
- Implement strict risk management (drawdown limits, capital allocation)
- Continuously improve performance

Compensation:
- Profit share on net gains (to be agreed based on experience)
- Long-term partnership potential if performance is strong

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
- Proven experience with Binance and 3Commas
- Real track record (NOT demo or theory)
- Clear, disciplined risk management approach

- Sharp drops
- High volatility spikes
