Create a new coin - Little red riding hood

We are looking for someone who can fullfill the following technical requirements:
- Create the coin
- based on proof-of-stake in order to save energy
- including wallets
- proof-of-stake
- Create a voting mechanism where the voting rights are based on proof-of-stake
- The number of votes is the number of coins (or fractions of it)
