CEX crypto arbitrage bot

I'm looking for a freelancer that have experiencies with centralized cryptocurrencie exchangers APIs and experience with arbitrage bots.
If you meet the characteristics described above, I don't need to explain what arbitrage is in the cryptocurrencies world. So PLEASE send me in your proposal your experience about it, and which programming language you go to use.
This is a project that I want do by steps. So in this first step I want found a freelancer that have good communication with me and can develop this step very good for continue working together for long time.
Also In this first step I want start doing arbitrage only with 1 pair and 5 CEX. Of course I will need the source code for run in my side.
